The staff took so long to get the room ready. After that also, the room was very smelly, bed was squeaky and there was no hot water, no soap. For my first stay at this place was okay with only lift not working, this second stay was not a pleasurable ones. Bad experience, won't recommend it to anyone. My second experience at this place was worse..

Since the hotel is new, they have limited resources. Dirty washrooms are a mess. You need to ask the staff to clean them properly. There are no curtains on windows that caused a lot of privacy issues.
