Royal sand is situated right next to the main road which has easy access. Coming to the rooms, they were very small. By looking at the pictures I expected it will be little spacious. Unfortunately it was small. Rooms were neatly maintained. Room service needs to be improved. Overall the stay is fine. Parking is small and cramped. It is good to have a security to make a note of the vehicle number and do not allow the blockage of vehicles. Since someone has parked the vehicle in front of our car , our morning plans were spoiled, as we could not take our car out. I was entitled for free breakfast and there were lot of confusion which was actually not a pleasant experience.

The room was very clean and so was the washroom. Everything was in working order. The best part was that the hotel is situated in a very good location if you've come to sightsee (pretty close to everything). The staff is very friendly and willing to accomodate requests. The one drawback that can be considered, if at all, is the wifi. the router might not be placed at a good distance from some rooms. It might only be an issue if you're spending a lot of time in the room. Overall a great stay😊

very worst experience.... Booked AC room, provided normal only. Rude behaviour from all staff n management also. They are threatening also by telling not received any booking for our room when asked for booked AC room, even TV also not provided (No recharge in set top Box). Since I was one person managed, if booked for family, they will loot customers

Amenities mentioned are not provided.i have booked 2 Deluxe AC Room with breakfast but they have provided only Non AC Room and no breakfast provided.Even they have not provided water also.Customer service is too worst.

actually when I was seen in booking time totally it was different, office staff was rabish not giving good response, there is no hot water speciality in room, tv available but not working. one thing is that office boy was good remaining two people are bad, and also they charged me extra amount 100, after booking.

The owner of this hotel is a big thief and a gay man. No one should go and book this hotel even by mistake. He is doing a completely shady business. He is supplying trucks to the hotel and supplying ganja inside the hotel. He had a great BF with us and was leaving the hotel at night
