I booked hotel when i reached hotel. Hotel management denied to provide me room and asked me to pay additional charges. I had to contact goibibo support team to get it resolved. Thanks to goibibo team for providing support. There are no basic welcome kit like drinking water or sample soap etc,. Washroom taps were broken. No hot water facility. Fan regulator swith was broken. Dth remote not working.

we have booked classic room , but they asking us to pay extra amount for AC room. This is not fair.. i have booked for Classic ac room. Room is not comfortable for family as it was small

Worst Room. I am staying in 4th Floor. Rain Water coming inside the room. Hotel person mostly preferly for Walk In customer. They avoid customer. Friends I will not recommended to anyone
