it's was a nightmare stay hotel is not safe atoll for family stay actually hotel name is blue moon not tara o patel .hotel manager infact owner misbehave with me while checkout he ask me for extra cash for checkout which was very embarrassing n my family n son was with me n seeing all this drama in fact this hotel owner giving the rooms on hourly bases to young cpls ther is sm very specious things going in hotel i seen people taking drugs n alcohol n fighting with each other makeg bad nosise kindly take the immediate action on this hotel mymarepersonal opinion pls don't go ther with ur family other wise u all vll hn to face big trouble. very very very bad,horribal,nightmare stay no hygen bad lenin hopeless toilets shower not wrkh bedsheets all torn pillowcovres all torn tv not workg wifi not wrkg staff was very bad . i am getg tired while wrightg ... .......😩😩

it was horrible stay, totally worst, they don't clean room, dirty linens, uncleaned room, wherever the splitting of gutkha can seen on walls. I have booked room with breakfast, the manager says they will not provide any breakfast, they don't have kitchen, collect money from customer on pretext of breakfast. I said will write feed back, they says no worries for negative feedback. we are habitual of getting such reviews. hotel is not safe for family. Think twice before taking this hotel. Rooms are shared to local couples on hourly basis. Waiting for reply.

Not a good experience at all, better to choose some other hotel nearby. 1. No Lift (Rooms are on second and third floor) 2. No Kitchen ( staff deny to provide tea in rooms even if guests are ready to pay) 3. No breakfast even if selected in booking 4. No client handling staff 5. No parking in front of Hotel, it's a common parking for everyone or anyone. 6. Rooms are cluttered and no ventilation/windows. Booked 4 rooms but have to leave within 2 hours of check in and get another rooms in Ghaziabad. Worst Hotel Experience..

Hello Everyone, Those were going to choose this property, Sasti hone ke Karan, Aap mat karna nahi to bahut pareshan hoge kyoki. Ye hotel hai hi nahi Maine bhi isko sasta hone ke karan choose kiya tha lekin ye Hotel is naam se hai hi nahi. Jo location aapko recieved hogi after booking. Aur uspe contact num hi nahi. Maine isko complaint bhi ki Goibibo Or oyo se taaki koi aur pareshan na ho. but no response. Agar tabhi aap ye hotel choose karege sasta hone ki vajah se to aap khud pareshan hoge. ye bilkul sahi review hai.
