During they were asking extra ₹104 even though i have confirmed twice with the receptionist before coming to the property. At the call he said yes your booking is confirmed with prepaid but after reaching the hotel asking extra money. they lack the hospitality. No complimentary water bottle provided and if you order something even small thing such as water bottle or glass it will take atleast 30-45 min.

The room was not that great! I couldn't sleep because of the mosquitoes and also.. he charged for the bottle of water for 25 rupees which should be given complimentary. Not recommended!

Hotel is quite new so they lack in hospitality and staff co-ordination. one might see delay in checkin and checkout process. But rooms are good and every thing is in working condition
