the only good thing about this property is the location. the room was ok but the bed sheet was not fresh. it wasn't changed since ages & i had to reverse it before sleeping. the worst was the bathroom. the commode was dirty & the flush was not working properly. it was pathetic experience. at night there was no water. the caretaker came to fix it & it did work. but when you are charging for a night, one should provide a clean room & washroom especially. there was no kettle which was mentioned. never ever checking into this property in future

Rooms are good. However, they don't cooperate with guests. I asked for early check in (at 10am) as I had my interview. The hotel was all empty and early checkin was 100% possible. They don't give a damn about your problems. Charged me 590 rupees for early checkin. World over, it is basic courtesy to provide early checkin if rooms are vacant. Rest all things are good.

Rooms were okay, not bad. There was no support staff available at night. They denied to serve tea or coffee. Cleanliness was okay, however there was no food available at night at 12 o'clock. Next morning, the breakfast served was really very bad. We could not afford to eat. One of our fellow members had breakfast and then he fall ill!

I have to this property many times. They have improved a lot by renovating the toilets and flooring. The service is good and quick. It is located in the center and very convenient to catch the metro also. You can reach all the destinations like connought place, India gate Sarojani nagar market in good time.

worst hospitality ever.Not only do they served us food at a high cost but also they made us pay immediately after serving food.. which was not at all appreciated as if we will run away and wont pay.

It was a little inside so little difficult to find. The food was good and the staff was helpful. I did not ask for wifi. In terms of security, it was good to stay. Overall it was good to stay.

Didn't provide any type of service as mentioned by Gobigo. they don't clean room daily basis. bisleri mineral water charged 30 thirty rupees per liter.
