This is really a good hotel. The rooms are too clean and also the location is great. The accessibility of the metro from the hotel is also very convenient. Breakfast was too good as well. N also a very good ambience. Definitely recommending this hotel to everyone. The ambience and the cooperation of the room service people. They were ever present 24 hours to all our needs. Excellent behavior surely recommended.

Good location, decent product, poor service. 1. On arrival, the bathroom had only one bath towel. Missing items were another bath towel, hand towel, and bathroom mat. Apart from this, the bathroom did not have the dental kit and had to be asked separately. 2. The overall response time was very poor. I requested an iron with an iron board and had to call the reception 3 times before it finally came.

It's a small property in residential area. Room size is small but basic amenities are there. A/c got off automatically during night which made room little suffocating. However, I experienced same during day time too. Food are too expensive. They need to work on value proposition; I feel, it's over priced.

Had to get the Linen Sheets changed when we checked in @ 1AM. I am never able to understand why premium hotels won't change the sheets? And instead try to cut corners and costs by reusing the sheets from previous guests.
