The hotel has not maintained its quality: 1) the shower was rusted and water flow was almost nill...it i's not expected from high quality hotel chain. 2) the interior design was good, but the quality of towels were very poor, they were thin like in cheap hotels. 3) There was no fan and one wall mounted fan was there which was making loud noise. 4) their door lock key was faulty, door was not getting locked, thank God I checked it and they said due to techinical glitch it didn't work. they repaired it though. 5) The gyser was not working. i was informed that it works in winter. though on request they switched it on. good thing was. 1) the staff behaviour was polite and they were considerate of requests.

Evening to morning Staff was very cooperative and room was up to the mark no issue with room. food was also tasty and worthy. morning staff should be cooperative and should listen the request of guest. I requested for little delay in checkout but staff denied and asked for extra charge. average
