This was my third stay in this hotel and the last two were very nice but this time the stay experience was very bad as the hotel staff behaviour was unprofessional and rude...The guy in reception at night refused to serve dinner as per my choice and replied in an unprofessional way that we will not serve one garlic naan as we are having gas tandoor and it will not operate for one garlic naan....very unprofessional! This time I had to remind them always three to four times to clean my room and the same number of times to send tea/coffee kit...Really very upset by staff behaviour this time ... The owners are a gem of a person but the staff is ruining their image...

the place was average to stay, the staff was pathetic. Money minded people and highly incompetent staff. Wrong information was provided before and at the time of payment , they said the discussed offer won't imply as it was told by a new staff who was unaware of policy....the point is if your staff doesn't know the rules , why keep them on information desk and later take advantage of the guest . They knew we were running short of time and won't be able to cross check , so they took advantage of the situation and took additional money . I won't recommend anyone this place as it's full of cheats. Pathetic experience.

stayed in the hotel for 2 days, service was very poor. Mr Saurabh Gupta ( General Manager) of the hotel is person. as he said that he'll sahre my invoice on WhatsApp or mail. All bills paid by me but after check out, Mr Gupta is not receiving my calls and still I am waiting for my invoice.

Room is good but Service is so poor. never seen this type of hospitality....if you want to stay in this hotel, don't leave the reception before your invoice.they are charging Service charge on your food on Desi restaurant "parchi"Mr General Manager is totally irresponsible person.

मेरा एक्सपीरियंस बहुत खराब रहा । स्टाफ का नेचर बहुत खराब है। रात 1 बजे परेशान करते है ।रात को सोते से जगाया जाता है कि आप की गाड़ी हटाये । मेरा 2 दिन का एक्सपीरियंस बहुत खराब रहा ।
