People usually visit Coorg for the homestay experience. Having done that on my past trips, I can tag it is as overhyped. To find the perfect host, in the perfect home, with an excellent Cook is extremely rare and if you do get one, it usually ends up to being an expensive affair. We decided to stay at Hotel Coorg Palace this time around and it absolutely did not disappoint. The staff allowed us free early check in, since it was a weekday. The room had 24 hrs hot water and was with ac. Ample of car parking and an attached restaurant. Located bang in the main highway, we found it easy to visit the important tourist places from here. 24 hrs hot water. A full fledged restaurant. must try their coorg chicken, it was amazing. breakfast was buffet and had only south Indian spread, but taste was perfect. overall presents as a tremendous value for money proposition. and highly recommended for families.

Hotel is located on the main road just 2kms before the downtown. Parking is available in front of the hotel. People in the reception were supportive for all queries. Deluxe Room was neat and bed was comfortable but bit congested for 3 members. No views from the room or balcony. Bathrooms were clean and hot water was available 24 hrs. Samudra restaurant attached to the hotel was very good. Food was tasty and also not costly. Buffet breakfast provided was awesome. Overall a good experience and would recommend for small families and short stay👍 Guidance at the reception Buffet breakfast Restaurant

Had a great stay here. The staff were prompt enough to consider our request for a room change to an upper floor. The breakfast buffet was good. Only one thing didnt click which was the ala carte dinner we ordered, which was not that good. Except that it was a great experience as the hotel is located at a very good point with all sightseeing places within a distance of 1 hour max.

stay was wonderful coupled with the location of the hotel on highway. however, the restaurant was under renovation and hence it was not operational. the staffs were very cordial and room ammenities were good. however, the air conditioner in the room was in not very good condition as the temperature was not changeable using remote control.

Nice ambience, good car parking space in Mysuru Madikeri Road with decent restaurant attached to it with room service and chocolate and spices shop is also attached Balcony was attached and morning dew was visible Recommended for family/couples Privacy and cleanliness

Deluxe room is amazingly large and great views from the balcony. the hotel is located at a distance of 5 mins bike ride from main town. just away from the busy city. the top floor doesn't have lift facility. only upto 3rd floor lift is available

it was a very good experience staying at that hotel. breakfast buffet was good but i would suggest if more juice options to be available. also, veg starters options should be increased . people at reception are very kind and humble.

The rooms are fabulous, I stayed 3 nights with family and really enjoyed it. The reception **** Supriya was so kind and generous. I really recommend this hotel for a family stay. Neat, clean and spacious room.Awesome experience.
