Budget friendly hotel located in the heart of Aberdeen Bazzar yet away from the street noise. Rooms and bathroom are clean. Basic anemities like soap and clean towels provided. Room has A.C, T.V with cable connection, free wi fi. Glass and tea cups provided in the room. Power back up is available. Water bottle in room with RO water 20 litre container in corridor to refill. Food availability is outsourced, menu provided in the room, call the restaurant and they deliver food in the room. You can eat in the room or at the dining space in the ground floor. Alternatively you can eat at nearby restaurants that are within 5 minutes of leisurely walk. Lift is under construction at present but your luggage will be taken care of by the front desk and reach your room safely so no tension to carry your luggage to upper floors. Front desk manager Asit and Jackson make you feel homely and they also arranged for cabs ( cheaper than market) and also arranged for boat rides from the convenience of the hotel at no extra cost. Hotel also provided luggage storage facility at no extra charge when we went to Havlock Island for two days. Overall a comfortable and relaxing stay at the hotel. Clean hotel, Comfortable stay, Clean surroundings, daily room cleaning in morning, proper luggage handling by hotel staff, space to dry clothes as they are going to get wet in the ocean.

We wanted to extend our stay and booked for another 2 days. So I booked through this goibibo. But there was no availability on 1 day. They promptly informed us about it and the owner co operated with goibibo to approve the cancellation request. we got the refund immediately. The only suggestion I have for them is to update their check-in and check out timings, so that people who come from far places may not have to wait.

We were a group of 11 and we stayed there for 2 nights. This is a perfect budget hotel located right at abardeen bajar. Cellular Jail, Marina Park, Abardeen Jetty(For Ross Island)- these three points are within 1 km and 10 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel is newly renovated so rooms, bathroom fittings everything is new and perfect. We really loved our stay and we will definitely stay here again if we visit port Blair again

It was a pleasant stay in this hotel. very reasonable and value for money. The biggest advantage was the location. It is very near the cellular jail and to the shopping area and restaurants. Though the hotel was small and compact, it was very clean and tidy. The staff was very courteous. I would prefer to stay in this hotel again if I visit Port Blair.

Great location near Port Blair attractions! Neat and clean property conveniently situated near the Cellular Jail, Aberdeen Bazaar, and Anju Coco Restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the property was easy to access. While the rooms don't offer any scenic views, the prime location makes up for it.

This is a newly built hotel, rooms and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. The location is near abedin bazar where all needs get fulfilled.The staff is kind and friendly. one of the best hotel in my Andman tour.

It was very good experience with Costa Land. Rooms are spacious and clean, staffs are cooperative. Although food was not available in hotel, but they were arranging from nearby area. We also ordered food from Zomato.

It is a new hotel and rooms are spacious, neat and clean. One wash basin is given outside the bath room of 3 bedroom which is very much convenient. It is very nice to stay here. We are very much satisfied.
