Excellent stay and having pleasant space area and also having own dedicated large car parking space also and also rooms are very comfortable and also well maintained and also hospitability is excellent and good and they are having big swiming pool on top and they are having separate swiming pool for kids and also having own dedicated spa, indoor games like table tennins, spool, and especially they are having own dedicated small children play area also separately We have enjoyed a lot and more aminities are provided like nail cutter, nailflyer, hair oil, dental kits, soaps, combs, slippers, bath towels, hand towels, in room dinning, etc. room service is excellent and it will done in only 10 minutes if you order anything and also house keeping service is excellent extra bed also provided in rooms and also it is also hygienic and also very comfortable to sleep and likes an sleepwell matress

It was pleasant experience. Breakfast starts early at 630. It will help for families who likes to finish breakfast and start their day early. Rooms are also clean and service is awesome. Every guest will be treated with utmost attention like part of their family. Special mention to puja biswas and and all waiters at mosaic restaurant. They respond immediately and make sure you get food to your liking. Everything is perfect from checkin till checkout. Service to customers

The stay was pleasant at the mysore county retreat . The only issue that we saw was transportation from the hotel to the city or to any other place as there is no travel desk available or any other mode of transportation near by the hotel we had hire a car from the airport itself so we did not face any transportation issue The room were clean with all the amenities

Very good hotel for family stay enjoyed our stay . Service was excellent and the stay was very comfortable. Pros Breakfast was awesome, very clean bathroom and room, service was superb. Cons location is bit far from main area but worth it.
