5 stars for the amazing staff right from reception to dining area and room service. The only downside was the drill machine noise all day till late evening. The room wall had some fluid flow the bulb over the bed was missing the washroom exhaust fan turned off on its own leaving it steamy. Apart from All that the experience with staff was amazing. Hotel is good but needs a detailed check of rooms before letting guest check in.

I had a wonderful stay at the Coyaba Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always went the extra mile to assist customers. This was especially evident when they upgraded my room to better accommodate my baby. The hotel boasts a fantastic ambience and is tastefully designed. It is impeccably clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend the Coyaba Hotel to anyone visiting Ludhiana.

Had a wonderful stay ay Coyaba. The Hotel is done up tastefully. The rooms are stylish and elegant. I was travelling with my wife and infant. The staff took good care of us and helped us at all times. A gem of a hotel.
