The stay was really good. the huts has all the basic amenities and located just at the beach. we chose garden view AC huts. AC worked properly and bathroom and huts were very big. also all the huts are right at the beach, u just need to go outside your hut and u can see the beach. also the in house restaurant serves delicious food. you can enjoy your drink and food by looking at the beautiful beach. also you cab stay late in the beach and walk back towards your hut anytime. its very close to the beach. go for it. also goibibo service is very good.

The beach huts look spacious and premium with a sit out area attached with every cottage. Bathrooms are average but okay for a beach hut. The service is good and best part is it's right at the beach with a shack attached. The included breakfast options are very good and everything in the menu is delicious. Provision for parking and 2kms from palolem beach. Staff is very sweet and accommodating. Mohan goes out of the way to give great service to you. Best stay experience.

great experience...on the beach...good rooms but bathroom could be good..food is just amazing at reasonable price....for north Indian food lover its a paradise in goa..we tried paneer tikka masala and we can't expect more delicious food in goa than this...veg noodles are also good with ample quantity

Just a dressing mirror in room...although they hv given it in ur washroom...but a very nice and calm place to stay...staff is really decent, helpful and cooperative..as v hv reached at 11.30 in night and the kitchen is closed, but still they hv arranged very delicious chicken fried rice šš Osm place

This hotel is a sea facing property and really lovely place. It has a nice restaurant, serves excellent food & breakfast. They have friendly staff. Rooms are nicely maintained and clean. Internet is good. Loved the sea facing restaurent area, seperate five star for Chief!!šš»āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø

What an amazing place! The rooms are clean and very spacious. They feel like little shacks which is really cool. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking. And the staff is extremely courteous and warm. Will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Patnem.

Rooms are good made of wood and are neat. Only draw back is there is no refrigerator provided in the room. Apart from that room is 10 to 20 meters from beach. Only two rooms are beach facing.
