This place and location is very good ,rooms are good. from room balcony we see very good sight and enjoy the beauty of OOTY, nice staffs ,homely food provided.,,good care for tourist , cheap cost , safety., and in charge Mr.babu is very nice person looking Care of all the things in the hotel and providing best things to coustmers very friendly,Nice stay. awesome 😊

worst experience. i went with my wife and 2 kids what they said in the website and what they provided were completely different. when i asked to cancel and refund they were rude. i booked for 3 nights. and checked out on the second day. and they wouldnt refund me anything. feeling cheated and robbed.

good rooms , homely food provided, surrounded by good scenary, friendly staffs, Mr.babu was very helpful and doing good service . simply pakka stay at cheap cost . valuable for money.
