wanted to give 0 stars.but there is no option for it.. so gave 1 star.worst experience of my hotel stay ever. rooms are not clean, surrounding is not maintained properly. mainly bathroom was unhygienic and there was a choking problem. staffs behaviour was arrogant.. cleanliness is not maintained in overall property.hotel staffs were splitting inside the resort property.intercom was not there.. wifi was not there.. Tv was not working..No options are available in free breakfast.They provide only 1 item of their choice..They will charge anything we want extra. or Little modification in that item.

Overall Good. Well maintained green surrounding, good staff, above average rooms, walkable distance from Curlies. The only issue we faced was there was some power maintenance work going on, hence for 3-4 hours only basic lights were working on power backup, AC wasn't working and with the heat in March, it was impossible to stay in the room. But I think this is out of control for resort as well!

Cottages were very old and smelly. The bathroom was so dirty. There was no room services, once you are there you are on your own. Receptionist was drunk. There was no quality in breakfast. You get just one option in breakfast i.e. pratha and pickle. No network coverage.

the location were sent to us wrong, it is 300 m away from beach, had to search it for 1 hour, courtains with mold, breakfast not good, all in all it was not worth it

Won’t recommend this place to anyone, if you are looking for unhygienic trip and untrained or unprofessional crew or staff, then you can opt this property.

overall good.... but there is no swimming pool and the anjuna beach and curlies shack is not visible from here but they are 5 mins walk from here.

Shower doesn't work, the rooms are unclean and a lot of insects and ants, fan doesn't have a regulator, the place is so dirty.
