the worst level of hospitality i’ve experienced.i contacted the caretaker well in advance about my late arrival, he said he cannot provision for food. we reached near midnightcome morning, there is nobody in the hotel… no response on their cellphones until about 1000 hrs. an escalation to the owner, mr.abid, results in arjun sourcing breakfast from a neighbouring restaurant upon payment. insisted he never received a call from me, even when i showed him my call list. petty and uncouth behaviour was the main reason for us truncating our stay. he did not stock the bath room, yet insisted on verifying it physically at night, when my family was already in bed.in the morning, i expressed dissatisfaction about the service level and abid agreed to partially cancel my booking. i informed that i will walk out to get a cab, but he insists the room has to be vacated immediately, to which my wife finally read him the riot act.the property is in a lane with a masjid. the view from first level is nice, barring a few loose cable wires. there is no rooftop restaurant, see attached images.

Overpriced & Underwhelming They strictly need to mentioned that they are not accessible as they mentioned. my father was just recovering from paralysis and there are steep climbing just to reach property. there is no dormitory for driver they need to take another hotel, there is no point for driver to stay in parking as they have a open parking with lack of basic amenities like washroom. these things have me on edge, caretakers are very humble and helpful but I think owner is unhinged. Oh I have to take a call with him to request that driver stay with us. No food will provide in house apart from tea, you have to order from below restaurant, although it was tasty but still they have to have a cook just in case.

The Hotel is very near to the Bhimtal Lake and the view from the hotel is amazing. The rooms were very neat and clean as well as well equipped with facilities like electric kettle, Coffee/Tea kits, toiletries, Smart TV, etc. The Bathroom was also very clean. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The caretaker Sandeep is very polite & helpful and can be reached through phone for your every need. Thank you for the amazing and relaxing stay. 💯 recommended..Would be staying here again.The rooms were huge and very comfortable. The view was amazing. The check-in/ check-out process was quick without any hassels. The property is very secured. The food here was also very tasty and inexpensive.

Yesterday i booked this property and nobody was there to attend me for more than 30 minutes, I called several times on the given property number but nobody was responding. The room what they showed in the pictures is just not same at all, they are completely bluffing, we asked to change our room but they refused to do so and provided us a very shady room. Lastly no curtains in the room, the towels had yellow stains and was really dirty, I am attaching the pictures as well. Wi-Fi was worst. First time I had that bad experience in a hotel.

CONS: You have to leave your vehicle and climb up 70-80 meters to reach the property. the path is not proper and narrow. the room doesn't have ac which may be required in June July. there is no in room dining or cutlery available. the balcony is common for 3 rooms. PRO: good thing is that the rooms are clean and well maintained. the host is cooperative. Advice: there are better hotels with lake view and services in same price. as a family this hotel is not easily accessible for elders

It is the best homestay in Bhimtaal and also nearby to the lake. The views are amazing, rooms are very clean and also the host is very friendly and cooperative.The homestay is inside the narrow streets so you can’t take your vehicle there just have to walk around 100 meters and park the vehicles at parking. You can order breakfast from there but for the Lunch and Dinner the food arrives from the Dhaba ‘Rituraj’ on the lake.

The experience at Daaju's was amazing. The person in charge "Vijay ji" was very sweet, humble and helpful. He helped us with getting in touch with the right people for boating, paragliding and scooty rentals. He would also personally deliver food from a local restaurant that was absolutely amazing. All his suggestions made the trip wonderful. The room in itself was absolutely spick and span.

Very nice stay, beautiful and comfortable rooms. The view is just perfect. The caretaker Vijay ji is quite cooperative and goes above and beyond to make your stay at Daajus comfortable. Just one drawback - Way to the hotel is narrow and you need to walk to reach the location.

It was a nice property. Very aesthetical in terms of room decor. But the negative part is its location its in odd place otherwise its a best place to stay in Bhimtal. Also Vijay Bhaiyya the caretaker is helpful.Overall nice experience.

the bed was uncomfortable, and there was noise coming from every room, which made it difficult to sleep. additionally, the area was not ideal, as it is a residential neighborhood. however, the staff was friendly and helpful

the location is not upto the mark it is located between houses and too much walking from the main road .. u cant park the car at property .. the area is also not feel safe .. property view is ok

daajus lakeview is a cool little place across the bhimtal lake. the rooms are really nice and the hosts, vijay and arjun are fantastic and helpful. i would definitely stay there again.

the hotel staff were very polite. the rooms were clean and good. overall would highly recommend. a 2 min hike to the hotel but i think the cooperative staff “vijay” makes up for it.
