Horrible experience for staying at this property, staff behaviour is highly incorporative they don't provide mentioned services . Have to ask for the services multiple times Even after buffet time they don't allow to order outside food . Wifi was not working tv was-not recharged. No ventilation in room its highly compact .rooms are not spacious. Washroom smells like pathetic don't know why . Water drains out from ac too.

hotel was very nice and clean.. I stayed here for 13 days and I was happy with the service we booked room with breakfast and dinner service but the taste of the food was not upto expectations... the menu was same for 13 consecutive days... they also removed boiled eggs from fifth day of ourstay as if we are not paying for it... the restaurant staff was not well behaved

The saddest thing about the hotel is that they don't have parking . Also size of the rooms are small . But food of the hotel taste good . Also room cleaning is not good as after saying also they will not clean fully. Rush is there inside the hotel for the bar which is there at the hotel.

It was an average experience. There are some maintenance work required in the hotel my room's AC started draining water from it and i was not provided with a better room Leakage problem and hot water was not available. I am not satisfied with my stay

Don't recommend this property to any other during my stay I had change my room 3 time because some rooms AC are not working some room Had AC water lickge problem no water heater is working Reception person behaviour are very rough not happy at all

Hotel is very good, neat and clean rooms, staff is very supportive. but they need to maintain good hospitality towards customers. late responses of calls, not providing the utensils after repeated requests. Overall a good hotel.. you may try!

very very very bad service. there was a lot amenities which is mentioned in our voucher but we didn't get. room was smelled so bed. very bad experience. definately will not recommend to anyone. keep this hotel as your last option

Night shift and morning shift guy at desk was unprofessional, untrained and imature boy. Rooms were decent but breakfast was very limited and taste was fine. I Will suggest this hotel only if no other hotel is vacant in the city.

I had including breakfast booking but the hotel staff was saying its without breakfast.. somehow they convince then there was no buffet it was just you can ask for any limited 1-2 items. they gave fruits with heavy onion smell..
