no hygiene no room service no politeness nothing!!! the day we arrived the room n bathroom was stinking like gutter !!! the pillow cover was unwashed n used !! I found a worm in the bathroom !! when we complained about the room they gave us another room which is on the 3rd floor n lift is also not working. when we shifted to that room ac was not working n bathroom was still stinking blanket we received haa hair of somebody else. when we were going out to explore the city n asked for room keys they said "we've lost the keys. leave the door open" is this a way to run a hotel !

worst experience ever !! there was no room service , the staff was soo arrogant , we had an arguement , they constantly keep on changing our rooms due to some faults in the room , one's bathroom was smelling like gutter , other one's ac was not properly working , bed and pillow covers were dirty , blankets were not dry cleaned properly , when anybody open any of the window of room there's tons of garbage over there !!!

worst hotel. No clean room. all the bedsheet n pillow cover and blanket was smelly. they didn't even change it after multiple complaints. they charged 10 rupees extra on water bottle. they didn't give a proper bill. when I asked why you are asking extra money the receptionist that You should have asked bout the charges. I would not recommend this Oyo hotel. No soap provide. No room service.

Location is good but the room was not that clean and the bed and pillows are not that comfy. Lift is not working. Staff behaviour was average except the manager, he is too rude and don't know the meaning of hospitality. Average stay

The location of the property is inside from the main road and food service is not available in the property. The behavior of the staff was good and friendly and the room and the washroom was clean too.

Average in terms of services and cleanliness. but very good in terms of location for Dakshineswar kali temple visit and Belur Math visit ferry also nearby. Just 11 rs ticket.

Rooms are clean just before handover. Passages are stacked with used bedding / empty food plates in front of respective room. Over perception not suit for standard leaving.

don't ever book this hotel .so dirty with Lots of beer bottle , wsated product.. smoky Smell throughout the room . and finally wrost behaviour of the staff .
