It was a pathetic experience. The room was smelly. The washroom was not clean. One of AC's was not working. AC switch was on the ground floor, the temperature of the AC wasn't adjustable, we were struggling the whole night because of that.

Staff behavior, amenities and services were very poor. It was not suitable for family stay. Location was nice. There was no water. No dining facility. No complimentary services were provided. They charged extra. Ambiance was poor.

The stay was very nice. The services were good. The owner was very supportive and the people were cooperative. The amenities were not that good but, they told us they will fix amenities soon maybe it is fixed now.
