It was a very wonderful and memorable stay in Delightz Inn, Ooty. Right from when we reached till the time we departed we were taken care of very well. Manjunath ensured we get the best room and also assisted with taxi service to go around Ooty and Connor. The room service during the stay was excellent. We loved the location as it provides a very good view of Ooty and also beautiful views of the surroundings. Whenever I visit Ooty next for sure will be booking room at this resort. I, wife and daughter really enjoyed the food which was part of the package and special mention to Bala who always used to call us up let it be breakfast or dinner to check on us if the food was to our liking. Also, we enjoyed the scenic view of Ooty from the view point behind the resort.

My expectation with the property hadn't met. Initially, I planned to stay at this resort in 2014 but finally experienced it last week. Here are my few impressions about the property. 1. Location/valley view was not as good as it was depicted in the pic. 2. Bathroom door handles were broken in the room where I stayed. 3. The bedsheet was little torn off which seems bad. 4. The bathroom near the reception area was not clean. 5. Staff was polite and courteous. 6. Food had decent taste. 7. Travel packages provided by the property was good.

My special thanks to the Hotel Management team and Mr Manjunath Sir (Manager) who took special care treating every guest suggesting which places to visit. Hotel management team is very trusty people. It was very pleasant stay in the hotel.... Restuarant food was very tasty and very yummy dishes. I'm very happy for there service provided by Hotel Management team. once again I would like to thank Mr Manjunath sir for you good cooperation in each and every way. thank you so much sir As far as nothing to say.

Our stay at the hotel was really nice. Hotel people were very cooperative, polite and responsive. Especially the receptionist named Rithu, her hospitality was awesome and had made our stay at the hotel pleasant. Food was very nice both quality and quantity wise. No need to look for any other restaurants. Only thing is that the location is little far from the market and you to book a cab or auto for the market. However the view from the hotel is really nice and worth it.

Truly an amazing stay, clean and well kept rooms and property, hospitable and humble staffs, great food, awesome views that will make you forget that you need to go out for any sightseeing.The best part is the resort kitty who is damn friendly and cute,the kitty stayed with us for 3 nights, wish we could have adopted and give him a home that he deserves. We will definitely come back to see the kitty as he grows in this amazing resort. everything

Awesome location and surrounding view. All expected facilities available, some unexpected as well like the bathroom grooming kit and hair dryer. Super clean room and bedroom linens. Card swipe lock is a big plus, which is hassle-free. Room service and the personal care provided to us when there was an issue with my car. Will definitely come back when I'm visiting Ooty next time. A big thank you for the pleasant stay.

the stay was good, breakfast was very nice. staff was very supportive. one thing noticed is google map will show very narrow and curve road when coming from conoor side, but good route is another one. it's good to inform guest prior to take the correct route to avoid bad impression at first. i took that narrow road at night and felt horrible, later come to know the better road details.

Our stay was pleasant and relaxing. The best part was the staff and their top-notch service. They made our stay even more enjoyable. Food was terrific too, they have a lot of options. The room and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained.

We stayed for four days in deligtz inn. Food was really good and reasonable cost. Just felt like home made. Hotel staff were well behaved. Location is little far from main town and if you go in your own vehicle, its totally worth staying.
