We recently stayed at Hotel Delite Palladium in Jabalpur, and while the property has a few merits, there are several aspects that could use improvement. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the washroom left much to be desired. The cleanliness was not up to the mark, with noticeable brown patches in the corners that seemed to indicate poor cleaning practices. The cupboards in the washroom were old and in need of renovation, and the exhaust fan was completely non-functional. Additionally, early in the morning, there was no hot water, and I had to wait for about 10 minutes to finally get it, which was quite inconvenient if you have to leave early. Another issue was the unpleasant odor both in the room and the washroom, which made the stay less enjoyable. As for the location, it may not be the best choice for those seeking a transit hotel, as it is quite inside the city. So in case one needs to leave the city and travel further, you need to leave early or else you will have to juggle through the city traffic. On a positive note, the taste of the food was good, but unfortunately, it was highly overpriced. Not highly recommendable hotel.

This hotel is best for its location, walking distance from railway station. the staff are very good and polite and above all stay is value for money. very comfortable and luxurious rooms with best amenities and services. the buses and other modes of transport are available from otjer side of railway station which is walking distance from the hotel, so very convenient to go around city. the food in hotel is top notch in quality taste and price.

not worth the price that they charge. On weekend it is a nightmare if we stay by chance as the music is so loud from their bar or party hall that you will not have asleep till 2am.Food will be served in the room only and it's a fixed menu. they say that if more guests r there they keep the buffet but no I don't think they have a setup to do so.it's more like a 3-star lodge than a 3-star hotel. look for other hotels before doing this

The pictures and the actual hotel is entirely different and the interior of the hotel is covered with spit marks, including the bathroom and one of the towels we were given. It has been one of the worst experiences. Despite charging so much money for such a poor room, they only serve 1 dish in their breakfast. And after calling for water bottles three times they gave us just 1.

Hotel is amazing for a stay, I’ve visited this hotel in 2021 and it was a lot better back then, things that have changed is the restaurants taste and authenticity, this time it wasn’t as good as the first time, so yes a nice place to stay but if you want to eat you can go out in other restaurants for dining.

it was a wonderful stay in delite palladium. staff were extremely helpful. the room was excellent and spacious and the bathroom was very neat and clean. they have their own parking - that's a plus if you are driving. location of the hotel is very good and easy to reach.

Got upgraded to the super deluxe. Room is apparently just a little big bigger. My dinner was included in the package and the veg sizzler I had was nice. Room is comfortable but had to ask twice for hand towels which i am yet to receive.. maybe i will get after dinner :)

Nice experience. Very humble and supporting staff. Food is amazing and very tasty. Walkable distance from Railway station. Personal car parking facility available. Mr. Ravindra and Mr. Balram attended us very humbly. Ambience is perfect.

One of the best hotels in town. Food is really great, rooms are clean and so is the toilet. Highly recommended. Also, the TV is connected to the internet, makes it so easier for you to access your own OTT. Food, TV entertainment system.

It was a horrible experience to stay with Delite palladium. The rooms are dirty and very small. The washroom rooms are like public toilets. Pathetic staff, full of arrogance and attitude.
