I recently booked a stay at Dhavalgiri Hotel in Mulund , and my experience was nothing short of frustrating. Upon arrival, I was made to wait for a good 45 minutes before being allowed to check-in. The hotel staff tried to reach the manager for the first 15 minutes with no response. Despite my booking not appearing in their system, I was asked to send my booking details. Even after doing so, I was still made to wait for an additional 20 minutes. It was only then that I was informed hadn't informed them about my booking.This ordeal was just the beginning. When I finally got into my room, already irritated from the long wait, I was greeted by roaches around the room. The room was unclean, and the sheets had roaches on them. This level of hygiene is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.Overall, my stay at Dhavalgiri Hotel was extremely disappointing due to poor management, lack of communication, and unsanitary conditions. I hope the management takes serious steps to improve their service and cleanliness standards.

The hotel management is extremely poor and unprofessional. I stayed in room 201. The Air conditioner stopped working for one hour and no hotel staff responded for checking, even after multiple calls. The staircase in the hotel is blocked and the access to the lift is controlled by the RFID card. So every time a customer wants to use a lift to go to his/her room, he/she has to wait till the hotel staff punch in the RFID card. There is NO FIRE exit as the staircase is blocked on the first floor, so no one can go to the second floor or come from the second floor. The equipment like the water heater in the room was not working and no one replaced it. The bathroom floor was not clean. The bathroom sink tap was leaking. The fan in the room only worked at a top speed of five but did not work at slow regulator speeds. Also, the fan made a lot of noise when working at a speed of five on the regulator.

It was pretty bad. Want to give it 0 ratingno room cleaning. no sanitiser in room.No buffet breakfast even though we paid for complete package.smaller than expected roomsThe 6 day stay was very torturous!
