We have booked our rooms and already informed Mr.Amarjeet prior reaching to check the room for basic things. Our experience was worst and had no other option as we have already paid at the time of booking.On our visit we found -1) no dustbin, washroom lock was broken, washroom jet spray was leaking.2) It's winter and no hot water for which we got the answer that somebody must have left the hot water tap on so there is no hot water.3) for cleaning also we need to tell them to get it done4) water glass/jar in which they provide milk/coffee are not clean that you don't feel like having from those jars5) food is very expensive as per the price6) they will ask you for their cabs but please prefer local transport as it will be 60% less than their cab charges7) about cleaniness bedsheet were with some hairs left, cushions with some spots 8) they have mentioned railway station 1.1 Km which is 3km, they have mentioned golden temple 1 km which is again approx 2.5km and so on.Please be wise while booking in this hotel.

A Nightmare ExperienceI cannot express how horrified I am by my recent stay at this hotel, primarily due to the untrustworthy. My experience was marred by a shocking incident that left me feeling violated and disrespected.While I was checking out, the staff took all the luggage in a lift all by himself. Because of space constraint I had to take the stairs while the staff got all the luggage from the lift.This hotel may be in a nice location, but lack of accountability from the staff are absolutely unacceptable. I would highly recommend avoiding this place if you value your peace of mind.

Just had an awesome stay at a best hotel in Amritsar! The executive room was spacious, super clean, and had a proper welcome with welcome drinks. Located in the Golden Avenue area, it's just 2 KM from the railway station and away from heavy traffic. The hotel is situated on the main road with plenty of e-rickshaws available. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family, friends, or as a couple. It's definitely the best hotel to stay at in Amritsar!

Honest review.. this is a must visit place. staffs are very friendly and well mannered.. reception manager is very helpful. Golden temple is near to this place.. room are very neat and clean. good wifi speed. you will enjoy your stay there are many property within this zone.. but this has better review than other. next visit with friends is sure.. i really like for security system in this hotel.

I travelled with my family. The stay was amazing. The hotel was hygienic and neat and clean. The food is also satisfactorily good.The staff is very helpful, be it the Reception person or the staff. They have the feeling of serving others similar to what is there in Golden Temple. Hotel hygiene, Room cleanliness, Food, staff's helpful behavior.

room were neat and clean, staff and service was good, hotel was near to the golden temple. recommend for all the budget travellers. The only problem with all hotels in Punjab is that they serve very late. So if you are travelling to any other city better have breakfast somewhere outside.

It was a very good experience. Manager and every staff was extremely helpful and always ready to service. Just 10 mins from Golden Temple by car or rickshaw. Very beautiful Hotel. Definitely visit next time. Rooms and Bathrooms were spacious too. 5 star from me .
