i am apprehensive of my stay at palani. but i am lucky enough to book in DEVINE FORT which is very near to temple rope way.i really felt at home because of receptionists ANBALAGAN,RAJA and MUTHU.All three are very intelligent and conversant on many subjects.they are very co-operative.in fact,they guided us in our future tour programme because of which we visited some important places which i felt not that important earlier. everything about the hotel is unblemished.but,there is room for improvement in certain food items.I would like to mention about PALANISWAMY watchman who gave me insights of the peoples lives in that part of the country.tourists can safely book in this hotel.

One of the best hotel in Tamilnadu below Rs.5000/-day range. Excellent layout and specious rooms. Friendly staff. All features are very good except food service. Restaurant is beautifully designed and is delightful to look at. But the service is quite poor and the staff is untrained and immature. Another problem is that there is no car parking in the hotel due to official restrictions. Despite this we will be happy to repeat the stay.

The ambiance is very good. Relatively New hotel very good facilities. Walking distance to rope car. The only issue was the person in the canteen who was very rude and indifferent to the customers. when we asked at 7:15 am, he said nothing is ready and it will take another half an hour. It was only when the person in reception intervened, we got our food Quiet, serene and beautiful

stay was very good ,especially the receiving n room allocation, food, ambience ,neatness are very good ,hotel is very near to temple and as the outside vehicles not allowed due to high court order we need to reach near to hotel from there hotel people will transfer our luaguagge so no need to have second thoughts straight away u can book the hotel mine booking is superior rooms

It was a very pleasant experience, the reception staff were very polite and professional. The hallways were smelling good and they were extremely clean. The rooms had all the amenities present, the beds and the sheets were clean and pearl white. Everything was perfect 👍

Nice hotel, adjacent to rope car station and temple entrance is nearby. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff's are very kind. Parking is good and rest room for drivers is available. Buffet menu is standard and taste is good. Strongly recommend for all kind of travelers.
