every year I visit Goa since 15 years but this time something special I came across the worst hotel in Goa in candolim the down da village.... I have attached few pictures regarding the hotel room... very bad behaviour of the staff very bad atmosphere and the hotel room stinky as well as dirty... they use repeated bed sheets which is not washed.... they do not provides any water facility not even mosquito repellent... non maintenance hotel... location is very very far inside a village you don't get a proper transportation to reach main road... as because I have paid earlier and booked.. I was not given a chance to cancel even change the hotel room later on transferred to the opposite side hotel which is called golden rice.... by the owner of the property which I found out to be more worst.... the swimming pool is only of 3 feet..... this resort does not have any toiletries or a single water bottle.... TV was not working in golden rice... AC was not working..... I had the worst experience...

-male friends group ke liye sabse best hotel hai -aapko wifi ke aalwa sab sahi milega - swimming pool , ac isme include hai baaki best hai for middle class friends -jaisa pictures mai dikhaya ja raha hai aapko vaise nahi hai purani building hai 1 room with 2 double bed - comfortable for 4 friends and 6 tk aap rah skte ho acche se -kyunki yaha sone nahi ghumne aaye ho toh6 friends ke liye b kaafi hai ek room with 2 double bed

The photos where given was extremely different.the don't give me the ac remote.and also there is no wifi. the toilet had cigarette ashes, the bed sheets were stained, the towels were stained, the floor felt greasy, the mirror was dirty and the overall hotel was very dirty.🤮And the hospitality of the staff's was very bad -10/100.I never had an experience like this

- Worst place for families - Rooms not at all as per pictures shown while booking - Hell lot of mosquitoes and bugs - Room was dampy - Biggest nonsense, they dont give you ac remote, keep min temp with full blower, I suffered as i had kids. - many more, but in-short NOT RECOMMENDED.

Very worst experience, jaise room booking pe dikaya waise nai milta ..most important thing is tat Staff is very rude ... after checking I left tat hotel with no refund and went to other property.. manager of down the village was so rude behavior with customer.

jo room booking kiya tha woh nahi diya, dusro k guesthouse me adjust kr k diya, jo bilkul bhi achha nahi tha. sweeming pool wala room booking kiya aur non swimming wala room de diya. woh bhi chota room tha.

Stay was very bad. The guys at reception are really rude. The room was in pathetic condition. Bathroom was not clean, there was no hot water.there was no internet. It was not at all matching with photos
