Hotel Dream Palace Residency

1. Amenities:- To start, the location is on busy streets of Kurla. The entrance to the hotel is not very appealing and seems like to you are entering into a chawl. Upon entering in the hotel, it a narrow passage wherein you meet a person at a reception who allots a room to you. Now the rooms are very small, which means there is just only enough space to walk. The washrooms are clean as long as you maintain your personal hygiene. You get a TV, Telephone, Bed, mattress and pillows but blanket is provided to you similarly like to 2nd class ac compartment. Further there is neither a chair nor table to sit which makes it very difficult to eat, watch tv or for that matter do your work on a laptop. There is no room clean service, you need to inform them to do it then only they will else noone comes by themselves for cleaning. 2. Service:- The staff were very polite and friendly, with the limited resources they had. 3. Food- The menu had very limited food options, if you want to get any room service you had to wait for atleast half hour to an hour which was very annoying at times. Sometimes you gave an order and after waiting for an hour, when you call the reception, they say forgot to place the order which then made things frustrating given the fact that if this was in the morning when you need to leave for your work. 4. Location- Like i mentioned earlier, it is on the busy streets of kurla in a gully. Therefore getting an ola or uber was a Herculean task as they kept cancelling and cancelling the trips which is very unusual in mumbai Overall it was an average hotel with just basic things. So if asked whether i would go back to stay my answer is No.

Rooms are very small, we booked doubled bed, but the bed we got was like we had to adjust over it. There are several rooms which do not have windows. Staff is good, service is good, good hygiene, food quality is not good, but there are several good restaurants nearby. Dream palace is near to US consulate, phoenix Mall and Airport.

The room is neat and clean but the space is quite congested. No view outside but the AC works absolutely fine. Worth staying. Serving idli for breakfast. One can find good dine outside the hotel. The location is bit of hassle one outside with lots of happening around.

Rooms was very neat n clean. Food is also very delicious. Washrooms are very clean also . Front desk people are very nice. They fullfilled our requirements 100/100 US interview place and biometric place is very near by. Only 15mins away from hotel.
