Hotel Drive Inn Mussoorie

Travelled with family including 2 kids (1 of which is infant) Booked for 2 nights - but have to checked out after 1 only due to mis-behaviour of Hotel GM with me and my family. 1) Damaged my car windshield in their parking. And upon questioning - pat comes reply "you have paid for room, not the parking". 2) No water in bathing area of washroom 3) price on higher side in comparison to peer group offering similar facilities 4) Breakfast menu is limited. Have opportunity to improve it 5) All rooms are in basement, so if you are looking for a view from the room, go somewhere else. Pros - 1) Hotel owner Sukhveer is a nice person and peresonally called me to apologise and settled the matter, was too late though. Have to checked out of hotel due to security concern to safeguard my my family. 2) Hotel Location - 1 property as soon as you enter the mall road from picture palace side

Hotel drive inn is the worst hotel i have ever seen.** no water was coming in shower they are saying the hotel was on lease and all the things are messed up. Thirdly when i enter my room 50% of lights were not working I requested them to change the bulbs and light . I ask them why lights are not working they say our owner are not allowing to repair all these stuff.One more photo i am sharing is of bathroom where you can see that there is no shower in bathroom. ***there is no shower. Please don’t come to this hotel i have a worst experience in this hotel. I check in on 14 april at 2 pm till 15 april i have call them for many things like lights repair, TV on/off button not working, no water coming in bathroom. In end finally they tell us the jugaad how to use the tap for water in bathroom and they strictly tell us that don’t touch anything water will not come.**

Just about an average experience. Biggest plus is their location which is at the corner of Mall road (opposite end if you enter from Library Chowk) along with their own parking space which is sufficient for 10-12 cars at a time. However when it comes to actual hospitality, they are quite reactive. One needs to ask for basic things and then only they will get it. Not sure about other rooms, but the 2 rooms that we booked have broken plug points and door handles. Cupboards were in precarious condition too. They don't even provide an electric kettle to boil the water and complimentary water bottle is also provided on the very first day of your stay. We had to persist with them to get one on our second day of stay. I didn't have any food in there so can't really comment about their F&B. Morning time tea that we ordered was good though.

it was very wonderful experience to stay at drive inn...all the staff is very descent and helpful..specially all facility available 24 hours including kitchen service...i was order my dinner at 1.30 am at late night...and they serve happily...rooms are very neat and clean..washrooms also very clean..with all washroom accesories available there..roof top area for bar and restaurent with live music is amazing...nice place..location is also so good exactly on mall road..they have enough parking area also...kids play area...and enough open area
