The day I arrived they told me no rooms we aren't accepting anything from find another hotel..then somehow I convinced them by telling them about my budget problems they gave me a room but not what I had booked. I had booked a deluxe room but I got a normal room where I paid the whole deluxe room amount..the receptionist agreed that he will refund me the amount I have paid for the deluxe room and asked me to adjust or find another hotel. 3 days later he came n said we won't refund u
