side table lamps wasn't there, cables were laying unsafely. TV wasn't working in one room, than shifted to other room. during Checkin bad sheet & all was dirty same was changed after complaint. WIFI wasn't working. overall Room wasn't maintained upto Executive class level. Food was ok. Room service was responsive. Menu should be increase in Breakfast, fruits should also be added in menu.

Deluxe rooms were on the top floor and without balcony so we took up executive room with common balcony and paid extra charges at the hotel. Executive rooms are good and i advise to change your floor mats. Food was good and view from hotel was nice. Hotel location was also good and at the starting of the lansdown.

Blower was not there. It was chargable. Buffet was not there. No Sleepers for washrooms.No doormats,Room bell was not working. Breakfast was included in the pack but issues were there with this.It is a hotel, not resort but is in the list of resort.Not worth money.

good view of sunset. bonefire was good. Room was not that much good, there was dampness on the walls of room. It took 90 minutes to serve dinner after order.

the poorest hotel in terms of hygiene management and services. Do not book it. Room has seepage smell , spiders and big net of them. bathroom so dirty .
