Everything was too good.. Very good room service.. All staff was very kind, polite and helpful.. Overall hotel very well maintained and clean.. Lot of greenery in hotel.. good hotel infrastructure.. Complementary breakfast was having lot many varieties and was of good quality.. breakfast was yummy.. They provided us bicycles also for vising nearest beaches and church.. We had taken deluxe rooms in front of swimming pool... Rooms were clean.. swimming pool was clean.. Overall very good experience.. rejuvenating.. fresh.. No complains or regrets after booking this hotel.. :)

We stayed at the beach villa, away from the main property. The Area is peaceful, serene. There is nothing else to do at this place though. Pool and all other stuff are at the main property. So if you have kids and want to keep them engaged, better choose the main property, but it does not have any sea view. The buffet breakfast is not the usual spread, you get to choose/order from a small set available.

All was nice but room quality was not good, had problem with hot water which was not coming, shower was not properly working, but later they had rectify that, room service was not good, when I came back to the room left over plates were still there. Location was perfect, at a walkable distance from the beach and they were also offering bicycles. to have fun. Food was excellent.

Its fantastic and very peaceful area and the Staff Mr GINTO and Chef AJEESH has taken very personal care during my stay. The courtesy extended to me has no words. At my Check-out Mr Chef has given a very delicious sandwiches and juices with some fruit as per my will. I do miss their hospitality. Overall, its a luxury experience for me and my wife. APPRECIATE.

Awesome hospitality. I asked them for the breakfast menu and just said i wish there was a kerala special puttu in the menu and for my surprise the next day morning, they were so sweet that they had made puttu in addition to the breakfast menu they promised. Food was great, economical pricing for sure.

Pathetic service, Horrible undercooked food, argumentative cook and overpriced resort. Strongly advise vacationers to not visit this resort. Customer service was not a priority at all. The massuese put oil in my eyes and was not very good. Overall a really bad experience.

Overall resort was good. We thought this was a beach resort but they do not have it as a part of delux or heritage rooms, their beach facing is 500 meters from the main resort and one has to go outside to access. From cleanliness and amenities point of view very good

Hi guys i visited this hotel. Its a new hotel. Clean and Tidy. Staff are good, Helpful & polite. Food is Excellent and they can prepare as u wish. We got Wifi only outside the room. Other than that every thing is fine

Great location as it's very close to Beach (walkable 10min). The resort has done it's best to maintain the Ayurvedic + Vintage look. Clean and hygienic. The staff is very helpful. Good place for couples to relax.

Great stay,Highly dedicated and talented workforce,beautiful property with grand landscaping.The only negative is lack of good wifi connectivity.But the staff try their best to help you with idea wifi dongles.
