Despite booking the hotel at 2:16 PM, the room was not ready upon check-in at 6:30 PM. Basic amenities were poorly maintained; the toilet flush was not working, and several amenities listed during the booking were either missing or significantly different from what was promised. The booking cost is unjustified given these issues. The property's details, cleanliness, and readiness did not match the description provided.Attempts to contact the hotel by phone were unsuccessful as no one answered.Please take the necessary action to resolve this matter.

Empire Stay, Amaravati. nice place to stay. i stayed there for 2 nights and suffered no issues. the spacious room, nice ambience, very polite and supportive staff, hotel manager Mr. Jiten personally attended the smallest request and fulfilled. location also a big advantage. round the clock and proactive service. Location was good. The parking was too congested. Was challenging to park my vehicle and take out. Parking is not good for the bigger cars. The room has 2 single bed which is not good for couple. The staff's were supportive. The view from the room was very good. It is near to the station so you will hear the sound of the train.Water bottles provided with the room was too small(half litre).

Hotel is good and I liked the ambiance. Also, they don't have kitchen but they have menu and tie-up with hotel so you can place the order at reception and they will bring the food which is good as the cost is less and also you have option to order food online. So, the rates are not high unlike other hotels where they charge you huge amount. Only this is washroom was not clean.

Extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am as requested,got super early so this was a big plus.Perfect Location with views ! The sevice was exceptional as well. Highly recommended for family, friends and specially Corporate clients ! One word " Superb "

Hotel is not far from Railway station n on the Badnera Road itself. Room was spacious , neat n clean.Staff was co operative. However hotel don't have its own restaurant but you can order food from outside n 1 thali restaurant is also available nearby. Overall a good stay

Excellent hotel in cheap price. won't get any better hotel than this ☺️. rooms are clean and precious. Bathrooms are clean.only thing they lack is restaurant. still their vendor also provide excellent food. packed thalis are awesome.
