I booked my stay at a resort called Erica Hills Resorts, Kasauli for two days, 29.12.2024 (yesterday) and 31.12.2024 (today) around 3pm on 29.12.2024 and reached the resort within 30 mins. When I reached there with my wife and my son and found that the resort has a lack of safety & security for a family. No one was there at security gate. I found only a man told me, which I also found that all rooms are empty and he told me that staff will come within an hour. Even I checked no staff was there in a room called restaurant. When I ask him about my concern about safety and security. He gave me a number of his manager. I had words with her she told me that she is on her way and will reach within half an hour. She never came even after one and half hour, when I left. But she gave me another number of owner. I had words and the said person (owner). I felt Mr is a ill-mannered person and has lack of customer service experience. I felt the resort is not safe place for family and canceled my non-refundable booking and refused to checkin due to safety and security concerns.

Hotel is pathetic. We visited with family and children on April 2025. Most concerning thing was hotel was out of water. There was no water for a couple of hours then the water was muddy. There was only 1 staff and we have to carry all our luggage along with us to our rooms. On repeated escalation we were only told that we will be provided with clean water but it never came. Bathroom doors were not getting locked. We are checking out as the hotel lacks basic amenities. Basic amenities were not provided. Clean water was not provided. Food was pathetic. Bathroom doors were not getting locked. Rooms were not clean. Only 1 hotel staff member was there, and he was unable to support and arrange any basic amenities.

Excellent service and loction is also good approachable Green Hills Engineering College. The Resort is awesome. It has beautiful view and helpful staffs. I will recommend to all once use the services in this Resort. It is value for money and good place for nature lovers.
