Special thanks to three gentlemen ( photos attached below ) who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. Their hospitality was nothing short of outstanding, and their attention to detail truly made our visit special. From the cleanliness of the hotel to the overall ambiance, everything was perfect. This property has an Old World Charm. It is centrally located, clean and welcoming. But what really touches you is the personal service. It was the Mother's Day when I checked in - so they had a cute dessert platter set up in the room. There were choclates placed on the bed. They also have a coffee on bed on pre-order. Such small gestures touch your heart and hence I would highly recommend this property. I request EROS NEW DELHI to please keep up this personal approach.
