5 out of 5 for the cleanliness of this place.. rooms n specially the washrooms were extremely clean.. staff was very good n polite.. food was tasty Buy it s overpriced as compared to other resorts in this area.. as there s no swimming pool or garden or any indoor game area.. after 6.30 pm it gets very dark outside n we have to sit inside the room.. no other option.. Secondly breakfast should have had more options.. i expected a good buffet brekfast.. but they served just 2 options puri n dosa.. on asking they gave us egg omlet..

Good hospitality and prompt response. Property is also clean and spacious with a great view of the Lake. The swimming pool and few other construction were in progress, hope it get over the next time i visit. Reasonable price for rooms, but the one drawback i felt is they had only 2 dishes for breakfast (Puri and puttu) nothing else. Also there is a bit of mosquito menace, luckily i had a Good knight liquid in my room. Bathrooms are fantastic.

it was an excellent stay for 3 days. i went by mar 15. we booked a deluxe toom, but they upgraded it to lake view upon our arrival without asking for it. the roof top relaxing area is very good with sea breeze throughout the day. people are very good and courteous. service was done promptly and proactively as well. very satisfied with their service and food. there is no bar attached, this is upto people to decide whether its adv or disadv.

i have booked for deluxe room they provided wooden room without tv, low flow water supply in bathroom, ac not worked properly , but manager is good accepted their mistake nd provided discount but we never had this kind of stay ever in kerala , Before booking call the hotel and confirm which room they will provide , best in the hotel is food we are more satisfied with food and staff .

Although the hotel property is good, you cannot do much outside after 7 pm. The rooms are nice, clean, cosy and comfortable. But there are no English or Hindi movie channels ...or English entertainment channels subscribed by the management on the TV...... which is slightly frustrating.

service is good. food is also very good. they can add more amenities for kids..like indoor and outdoor games.. otherwise everything else is very good. nice place to stay. definitely recommend this for people going with family

filter for swimming pool showed this hotel, but no pool, though some sites show a pool. huge crack in the wall, unclean toilet, no toileteries, unfriendly receptionist, no tissue paper. better to avoid.

Hi all I recommend this hotel. It's a new building very near to the sea. They do real good Kerala Ayurvedic massage. I thank Mr.Jerin who recommended this place. Will stay here in future years.

Overall stay was good. Got the beach view rooms. staff behaviour was excellent. Limited options for breakfast. Rooms had king size bed which is ideal for young family with kids.
