stay was good..location of hotel was really good..we opt for room with balcony.. balcony view was quite peaceful as it was rainy season so all greenery were there. they have very big campus even their workers use bicycle to go from one place to another in their campus only. so i also did bicycle ride in the rain & it was quite fun😀😀 only issue we faced with the tap water..as in the starting water was not coming in the washroom we informed them the same then after sometime water came but that was effluent we kept tap on for hours then it got bit clear & we were able to use. rest stay was quite good. we ordered kandha bhajji & sandwich in snacks as rain was there & we wanted to have some pakode with the rain .. & i must say kandha pakode were superbb..if anyone planning to visit in rainy days must try. meal was ok ok not so good not so bad..average & eatable..they take extra charges for room servicing so we had our meal (lunch,dinner & breakfast) at their restaurant itself. overall stay was good.

We are a family of 3 Husband, Wife and Son who is 6, we went in the month of Jan 2021, since we had pre booked it and also had a little fear of CoVid19. The first experience was grand entry, clean place, full of greenery and the place is huge. Staff are very courteous and helpful, you got to trust us on the food, its amazing and very reasonable, rooms are big and clean, the best part was the beach, I think its one of the best beaches of Maharashtra. If you need a break from CoVid19 and hustle of life just go for this place, don't even give a 2nd thought.

Must visit place, lush green, serene and eye capturing beauty. Have went with my friends to take break from monotony and it was really great choice. Food is really good. Beach is just 500 m away so you can go any time and chill. Staff is courteous and nice. One thing that they could work is Wifi as it is only limited to reception and not available in rooms.Nevertheless, it was a lovely experience 👍

We have visited resort in weekdays so no crowd was there. Staff is very friendly and supportive. They provided best service. Must visit this place. Food: we had non-veg dish, chicken kadhai it was amazing. One should definitely try EXOTICA special chicken biryani. We wanted to celebrate anniversary and they arranged beautiful candle light dinner for us. We enjoyed cycling also.🚲🚴♀

Situated amidst nature, this is one of the best properties to stay in Diveagar. Rooms are clean and spacious. Property is well maintained with a lot of greenery around. Buffet breakfast is also quite good. There is a play area and there are bicycles available which you can ride in the property. Staff is cooperative and will try to cater to your needs. All in all, a great experience.

The place is truly exotica. This huge property is serene filled with lush green lawn, trees, different type of flowers. Each and every corner here is photographers paradise. The rooms are spacious modern and luxurious. Rooms have big king size bed, complimentary tea and coffee sachets, kettle, water bottles and also a mini fridge. Ambience, peaceful environment and privacy

The Hotel is conveniently located near to aprx 500mtrs from beach, wonderfully managed, Lush green environment spreaded in Acres which is hotel's property.. Badminton court, Indoor games, bicycles for short fun ride available. Perfect for family stay👍👍Beautiful cool and calm resort, photogenic spots within property.. perfect for family..

Very nice property . Close to the beath. Food is eceptionlly great . If you love sea food its an heaven place for you . Staff is very friendly and . We checked in at 3 am in the morning still they arranged food for us . Its really stands out . Resort proprty licatoon and ambiance is great . Only suggestion is to improve in door games

This resort is very near to beach & this property having quite good space to explore. There is no notice in the property, means you & your family can spend quality time here.

Beautifully built resort with lots of greenery, has all the ingredients for peace and tranquility. Hotel staff is courteous and ensures pleasant stay. This is 1.5 km away from beach but looks over a river, there are not much high quality beach stay options in Diveagar anyway. good staff, good ambience for family outing

We had a great stay here. Staff is very cooperative. Place is huge with lot of open spaces and greenery. My daughter (1.5yrs) enjoyed a lot running around. They also have a fish pond and a cow stable which is a point of attraction for kids. Overall amazing stay with good food and surroundings.

we had stayed for 2 days with family. Property is well maintained, staff is also good. There was many food options for breakfast which was good. This resort is 2 km from main beach, so you have take your vehicle everytime whenever you want to go to beach.
