this place was a menace from the time i checked in.not the standards of fabhotel at all.room wasn't clean bedsheets had cigarette mark.wall had stain and there were spitting on the walls on both sides of the bed.wash basin was leaking too.the room was way too small for a deluxe room.one of the staff was arrogant too saying that room is clean how can you say its not?the other staff who helped to fix wash basin felt disappointed and helped me out with another room whereas the arrogant guy had said no room available for today. then i had booked room with breakfast so i checked staff at morning 8:30am but the arrogant staff said you will have to pay.later probably the owner or manager offered to help but they order it from outside upon request and if room is booked with breakfast. i refused breakfast at the point and accepted a refund instead.the other room was slightly bigger and better but had bedbugs, cockroach and spider.i asked for insecticide but the arrogant staff on duty came with room freshner

the hotel is really bad. very small room and dirty walls. shower not functional. the room size and pictures that were portrayed were nowhere near the actual place. i checked out after a few hours and found a very nice hotel within one kilometre. i request to refund me the price paid of at least 2 days.
