First of All This hotel is placed in muddy area , located in front of Jhoparpatti means location is poor. No wi fi facility,no room service available, the behaviour of receptionist was poor during stay, they cut the phone without listening, Food is ordinary and when I asked for coffee and tea they denied every time, when I asked about tea or coffee,they gave reasons like No one here to make tea or coffee(Chai bnane wala person nhi h , bahar jaake pi lo aap) In 3 days stay, No one was there to clean your room in these 3 days, Even no mineral water available in the hotel,they denied again, It was horrible experience,please never book this hotel.I never recommend this hotel to anyone.

this hotel of location is poor and his service is not good like. not clean to towel and breakfast services too bad. moblie charging point and ac is not working properly.

Very pleasant stay and good and comfortable room. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help you out whenever you need anything. Infrastructure is also good
