I booked 9 rooms between 22/1/25 till 26/1/25 at Fab Hotel Astor behind Acropolis Mall in Kolkata for my wedding guest . In spite several request before hand the rooms was not cleaned , bed sheet has stain , bath towels are torn , cigarette smoking every where . On top of it we purchased our own room toiletries , tea/ coffee sachets , bath towel which was taken away by the hotel staffs . All staffs are unprofessional . Overall this hotel is absolute not fit to stay for any family . Disgusting
