I have booked a Deluxe Room a d I paid it but the hotel staff has given me a cheap room . in this room there are no accessories like water glasses, towels, not available at the arrival. Gijer was not working. The staff was also not cooperated.so bad experience. they have cheated me and provided such a cheap unhygienic room with no facility. Poor very poor . I will suggest not to book this hotel.

It is a poorly maintained property, with no sense of hygeine. Food taste is below average. Bathroom has no provision to hang towel. Towels are as bad as mop, bedsheets were torn. #Worthless

It is not value for price. Except for response of staff rest all ( ambience, cleanliness, quality) not at all value for money. V can spend 1200 to 1300 per day but not 2800 to 3200
