I had a very bad experience here.The guy at reception has very less professionalism ,first when I am going for checkin he said we have no vacant room.when I said then return my money then he said wait and after 15-20 min later he gave me room.and when I enter the room there is no towell ,soap and water means no basic amenities was there.when I call to reception for water bottle he send a open bottle filled with water may be running water.there was no cleaning inside the room ,water was dripping from roof ,when I complain this the manager said sir I have this type of room only.and he put the dustbin where the water dripping from roof.And the mattress was so dirty smell was coming noone can sleep on this bed means extreme bad night I had ever.

It was not a pleasant stay . There is no proper location map shared and no proper support from fabhotels group. I reached the hotel after difficulty and after check in, I saw room is not clean and taps are in broken condition at the bath room and they kept TV as a show piece since it's not working for long i think. Inspite of many complaints to rectify those and also for room service need on urgent basis, no one responded since there is no room boys & also staff also non attentive and rude . I won't recommend such hotel to anyone and jus becoz I booked this hotel as it is having tie up with fabhotels which proved to be wrong.

The property has potential, but there are significant areas that need improvement. The hygiene and cleanliness standards are far below acceptable levels, which makes the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the reception staff needs to be more professional, as they create the first impression for guests. A little effort in these areas could turn this property into a great place to stay, but as it stands, it falls short of expectations.
