The stay at the hotel is truly horrible. first of all my booking was declined by the hotel stating that they do not have the valid agreement with the booking agency. if the booking agency does not have the valid agreement with the hotel then how can they display that hotel. the hotel gave me a room which was very dirty even the sleeping bed was full of hairs. the hotel even declined to change the bedsheet. The washroom was also too much dirty and it became my helplessness to stay at that hotel because I made the payment in advance. I even requested the hotel staff to change the room but my request was declined by the hotel in a straight way. the behaviour of the staff was also very bad and non cooperative. I have booked the hotel with breakfast but the quality of breakfast was also very bad. So guys, please think before you stay at the hotel.

I was an amazing service offer by hotel staff. neat and clean room with proper AC. cushion, pillow etc. everything is perfect except the locality where the hotel is situated. there are lots of mosquitoes surrounding out side hotel not inside. can stay here only on the service offer by the hotel staff not on the hotel structure and/or location
