We booked 2 premium rooms but were given 1 premium and 1 deluxe room .. upon checking with reception they tried to convince us that the deluxe one is the premium room . then with further discussion and after showing the website catalogue only they agreed to change the alleged premium room with actual premium room . Apart from this experience everything else was good as you would expect .. Kitchen doesn't have much veg food options. There is no proper parking at hotel , we were shown to park at a nearby alley at open road . staff was very polite and humble though .. it's a 3rd floor arrangement in a residential building

The staff is very very kind and helpful. Check in and check out was very smooth. I feel this is the best hotel in affordable price in krishnanagar. Starting from room, cleanliness, washroom everything deserves a 5 star. The facility and location is very very nice. I ecven visited other hotels in same area which was below average costing 2X. I feel this hotel is must!!!
