Additionally, having the famous Karim’s outlet from Delhi right at the reception was a delightful bonus! The rooms were very basic. No amenities like bathroom floor mat, hand towel, hand washing soap, toilet paper were available. We took the option of complementary breakfast. We got half filled glass of juice along with half cooked Maggie. The coffee served was awful. At night you could hear the people walking through the hallway. The AC was making a lot of noise when turned on. The sofa cum chair was very dirty and had some stains on it. If you looked out of your window, you could see people bathing right infront.The location was good. Staff were well behaved. Overall an ok type of stay.At the reception, they ask for marriage certificate for checkin. I have checked into so many hotels with my wife and this was the first time had a reception guy asking for a marriage certificate for checkin. Although he agreed to allow us in when we showed him our marriage pic.

worst experience in this hotel , please guys don't visit this hotel , better to stay at rail station platform instead ! so much unhygienic atmosphere inside the room , they provided us room without sanitizing from previous checkout , and when we entered the room it was full of bad , pungent smell which I can't explain

limited options buffet(poori/eggs/bread) .. very few varieties and only one to select... room ok only 500ml water given as free they charge Rs 30/- for water bottle even though MRP is Rs 20/- they charge hotel service charges for water bottle....this is bad
