Stayed in Reena Residency, Deluxe Room number 201 with family, June 2024. It is listed on multiple online platforms. A bad smell welcomed us on entering the room, later on we realised it's because of rats. No mirror anywhere , either in the room or washroom, AC remote not working, AC can't be switched off or on. Open water bottles being served as complimentary, instead of sealed water bottle. Sticky feeling all around the floor, even after cleaning . Main door lock not working, go out at your own risk. No intercom available, you have to call different people over phone, at different times, for your requirements. No cloth hanging facility, either on doors or in the cupboard. No lighting on the staircases or corridors. Even after multiple requests, complimentary breakfast served after 9.45 am. No cable tv, only smart tv. However, the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable, so giving 2 stars.

Bathroom exhaust some waste pungent smell . Have complained at front desk . But didn’t taken care of . Instead they have spread room freshener . Bathroom didn’t get hot water for bath . No table to sit and take a bath . No good aminities 5

Lift was not working Whenever they had such they should intimate and inturn you have to inform us
