FabHotel Royal Residency - Nr Phoenix Mall

Pathetic service, there was no receiver on the phone so you can't call the reception, no towels, no soaps no complimentary water. The hotel staff was not allowing my wife as I had booked the room for "1 adult" only. whereas the rates for 1 & 2 adults is the same. they charged me extra for letting the two of us use the room that I had already booked .. to top it all the receptionist was not at all cooperative and was creating a commotion at 11.30 in the night even after we showed both our IDs he did not bulge. Horrible experience altogether. Pls avoid this hotel if possible.

hotel location good but service was very poor.even AC off after demand room boy visit and start but set at economy mode and return with AC remote. ,,😀😀. in the morning tea available after 8.30 am only but not informed clear about time. thodi der me milega. very bad hotel don't stay for a second also.

We stayed here as we were attending the NH7 weekender this year at mahalakshmi lawns and the hotel was about 6-10 minutes away. We loved our stay here, the staff was a little slow but that's okay. They were cooperative. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall, I had a great experience here .The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was clean and perfect. I didn't face any problem during the stay 😊
