There is no mention of "FabHotel Satyam International" To be easily identified.. The actual name of this hotel is Noida dreamz The only reason I continued staying in this property us due to the proximity to my work place The hotel is just a building with rooms with a few local people running.. Not worth the price I paid It gives me a feeling of I paid and I do all things 1 ltr water bottled water is complimentary on day 1 and other days you need to get filled in the property's RO for which you need to call Request for cleanliness need to made which is done half heartedly Last night of my stay there was a rat in my room for which the response one of the hotel staff was.. "It might have come from somewhere" (In Hindi) Room is good enough to stay but service is pathetic..

Though decent property .....pricey for the facilities they had ....no water was coming ..... all bathroom equipment wer rusted ....nd non operational .....
