I am very disappointed with this hotel. I got a very good deal and booked this hotel delux room 0.But when I called owner he denied and asked money. I denied and said to complain to. change my hotel but owner agreed to give me room. when I reached I got a worst room with flush not working. Noise here there. looks like it was a servant room. I complained so. many times but no one addressed it. Room was with free breakfast but owner denied and told it does not have breakfast but i saw people having breakfast. I ordered tea for which they charged me. People in this hotel is money minded and does not provide good hospitality to their guest. please dont book this hotel as nothing works here as shown in picture. I will give 1 star ⭐.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The property was dirty and under construction. There were pan masala packets littered just outside my room, and the overall cleanliness was terrible. Shockingly, I even found two lizard eggs in the room, which was extremely unsettling. The blanket cover and bedsheets were dirty, and when I requested fresh ones, the staff refused. The staff was rude and uncooperative throughout and they shouted at me when I asked to change the blanket cover. There was also a power cut, and the bathroom didn’t even have a wash basin. I did not feel safe here due to staff's behaviour and would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

It's a new property in the midst of the city very close to local markets Kashi Vishwanath temple & banaras station. Rooms are big and spacious. Toilet is also clean & hygiene with hot and cold water throughout the day. Comfortable queen size bed with proper electrical fittings nice cooling airconditioner fan & a large television. Only lacking intercom & a inhouse restaurant which they will hopefully start soon before my next visit there again. In short a good hotel to stay with family and friends.
