FabHotel West inn - Nr. Mumbai International Airport

this was worst ever hotel I have stayed in my life. didn't expected from make my trip and goibibo. so much downgraded hotel. you people don't even visit the hotel before doing deals with hotels. further service of goibibo is worst. after doing effort till one hour you people denied to help and give solution. after so many request at last fabindia your partner changed the dates of booking. finally this experience was horrible. I future I am getting afraid of doing booking with goibibo. A big thanks you for not helping your atleast 10 year old customer

delete it from your booking list else people stop booking hotels from your site. all the rooms were messed with old and dirty bedsheet fitting looks so dirty. no restaurant no prompt service they just cheating rooms have cockroaches. locks of washroom not working.

Bedbugs and bed is terrible. no foam at all, only springs. Hardly slept, waste of money. No elevator, so you've to carry your luggage through staircase. only good thing is when I asked them to keep my luggage at their desk, they kept it after checkout.

For the price, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was simple but clean and functional. The bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient—close to shops and public transport. Perfect for a short, no-frills stay."
