4 star because of its location and price point. The service is also however can be considered in the range of okay to good. So after a horrible stay at some other property we tried to search another in Gomtinagar Lucknow, we saw this property however the reviews were mixed but we thought of having a look at it first before booking in order to be safe. So this is actually inside DLF MyPad. Their reception is in 1st floor B1 building however the rooms are at 10th floor, so consider this point before booking them. The 4 lifts are although operating. So the concept here is the rooms are that studio rooms which are given to multiple hotels to run. Not only this hotel but others like nest 999 and few others operate at the same time. Like in front of us the rooms were operated by other hotel. Not sure how many rooms they had. Now the service is okayish like if you order food it would take around 30-40 minutes. Also they have a dining area but that again is on 1st floor. The room is space wise enough I would say however the washrooms are small. The balcony is also there not with so much space though but you can see few tall buildings and maybe enough Sun in winters. All in all okayish room considering the price point.

Not at all worth There were hairs stains and no cleaning done at all it felt like. We checked in late around 9:40PM and then went out when we came back we noticed the table had oil rice stains and even the menu card is having stains. Then when we moved to bed there were stains as shown in the pictures and along with so many hairs that it was really looking like they just folded the quilt and nothing else as part of cleaning the room. The floor was obviously also having hairs everywhere which seriously raised hygiene issues but as it was around 12 in the night and we had to checkout early in the morning and I wasn't traveling with family, I seriously didn't bother to raise the issue because I was very tired and couldn't have managed to argue for any time. So just mentioning it here as a feedback for the hotel as well as the people who are are going to book this as to check the room for cleanliness first before checking in and also check the washroom items like soap hand-wash or other things.

Geyser was not working, was following up with the Reception since 7:30AM however given denial that geyser is not part of amenities despite my booking. Rude and irresponsible behaviour by one Mr. Rajiv. Finally, got Warm Water in bucket at 10:45AM. Ordered food in Restaurant, was served pre-cooked paratha re-heated in oven. Water was served on table after request. Asked for pickle, never received. Staff needs hospitality training. The evening staff was good though, humble and polite.

Worst experience that I ever had at any hotel so far . The hotel is unhygienic to stay . I found insects all over the room and bathroom . When complained the hotel staff showed us another room and I found the same conditions there too . Then I left the hotel and booked another property . I asked hotel for a refund ,on which they refused saying it's not in there policy .
